This Hatha-Vinyasa training includes elective hours in:

“Margaritas and Chaturangas – A Mexican Yoga Adventure”
Join Mark Stefanowski and the Full Throttle Yoga Gang for a weeklong adventure in yoga, community and fun.
Daily yoga classes will allow you to create space to look inward while the wonderful town of Sayulita provides a beautiful opportunity to relax and reflect. Classes are accessible to all levels and will be combined with daily mindfulness sessions, so attendees have the time to hit pause on the pace of everyday life. Group dinners on Tuesday and Thursday evening will allow you to get off your mat and connect with others through wonderful food and drink. Sayulita, Mexico | Shamanic Yoga Retreat | Everyone Welcome | All Ages
Registration is now open for our annual Shamanic Yoga Retreat. Spent this week with Dr. Christine Selda practicing in the beautiful Ganesh shala at Hotelito Los Suenos and on the land.
Programming includes daily rooftop breakfast buffets, yoga classes, satsangs, a temazcal ceremony and in house massage.
Every year we build relationships with the people, the land and the town to spread love and peace to all that we touch. Our goal is to leave things better than when we came.
We have been so fortunate to have practitioners of all ages join us on retreat. Everyone is welcome!
