Our hotel has a dream- to bring our guests and the community of Sayulita an inspiring, gentle space for yoga practice. Enjoy daily classes under our rooftop palapa while enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze. A variety of class styles are offered from experienced yoga teachers. The studio was designed with your comfort in mind, with natural rubber flooring, soothing tones, and surround sound. We provide all the equipment you need, including mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps. Read the class descriptions below, and decide on the right class for you! All of our classes are accessible to students of all levels.
Morning Flow Our signature class, offered daily at 9 am. Hatha based flow, with attention to alignment and the quality of the breath. Breath and movement are linked to inspire a moving meditation. Modifications and variations are offered to support the level of your practice. Some experience is helpful. 75 minutes
Gentle/Beginner Level 1. Enjoy a slower paced practice, with time and space to discover your place of ease within each posture. Working mindfully with the breath to leave you feeling revitalized. Suitable for experienced practitioners who enjoy a slower paced class or are re-discovering their practice after an injury or illness, seniors, pre/post natal, and those brand new to yoga. No experience necessary. 60 minutes
Power Vinyasa A dynamic and flowing style of yoga. Practice during the warmest time of day, building heat to cleanse and detoxify the physical body, and allowing you to go deeper into the stretch, explore your limitless potential, and be amazed at what you can achieve. Some experience is helpful. 75 minutes
Kundalini Yoga Body, mind, and being are brought into balance through the combination of conscious breathing, guided movement, meditation, simple postures, stretching, sequence, rhythm, and sound. “The power of Kundalini Yoga lies in the actual experience. Slow Hatha Ease into evening with this gentle, slow-paced yoga class for all levels intended for those who would like to relax after an active day, for beginners or those nurturing an injury and for experienced practitioners interested in a meditative yoga class. Every class will include asanas appropriate for an evening practice, crystal singing bowls to deepen your relaxation and a healing closing with a juicy iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation journey. 75 minutes

Would you like more personalized instruction? We offer private yoga classes in the studio. Private instruction offers you the opportunity to work more deeply with or towards a particular posture, address injuries, illness, or physical limitations and learn to safely modify, or establish a personalized routine that you can take home with you.
