Hotelito Los Sueños Reservation Policies:

All prices on the website are reflective of current pricing throughout the hotel whether booked online or direct through the front desk.  One will not attain a lower price by calling directly.  All reservations requests are confirmed by email as having been received.  These reservation requests are TENTATIVE ONLY. To guarantee your reservation, you must make a deposit through Paypal.  We choose Paypal as it is the most widely accepted payment method around the world and it is secure.  Once a deposit is received by Paypal, we will GUARANTEE your space with us with a letter of confirmation and reservation number.  From the time they receive their first email from our reservations staff,  guests have 72 hours to make their deposit.  After this time, we will not hold rooms.

Our cancelation poiicy is this:  We will refund your deposit and/or payment (less any transaction fees incurred) with 4 weeks advanced notification.  After this time, deposits will become non-refundable.  As an exception, ALL Christmas/New Years and Easter holiday deposits are non-refundable whether changed or canceled within 4 weeks.
