Simply “sign up, show up, and lie down”, for this powerful yoga meditation practice. No previous yoga experience, or yoga poses, are required for deeply healing iRest (Integrative Restoration) Yoga Nidra.

Accompanied by the transcendent sound of Carmela’s crystal-singing bowls, lying beneath a soaring open-air palapa, you will be treated to a sensual version of this transformative, ancient, yoga practice. Yoga Nidra fosters complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is proven to reduce pain, overcome insomnia, resolve trauma and neutralize emotional distress. Its magic lies in the paradox of holding opposites and observing, welcoming and accepting, in a deeply relaxed, altered state of awareness.

Dark, organic, chocolate works an ancient magic of its own! Etymologists trace the origin of the word “chocolate” to the Aztec word “xocoatl,” which referred to a bitter drink brewed from cacao beans, the sacred beverage of the gods and goddesses. Your ancient journey will also include a sampling of hand-crafted chocolates, without milk or sugar, sweetened with maguey cactus or local honey, made with traditional Mexican flavors.
